How Do We Gather Information About Our Visitors?

If you subscribe to our newsletter ForeverSlim! you have to enter your email address and first name. Additionally the web server software collects the usual information (IP address, browser type, etc) which is stored in log files. This is not personally identifying, and virtually every site on the net collects this.

What Do We Do With This Information?

If you ask for a subscription, we'll use the information to deliver the requested content. As Forever Slim is a free publication, the content may include advertising, including stand-alone ads from time to time (very rarely indeed.)

Your information will not be made available to anyone but the publisher of the newsletter!

Note that our service providers may have access to some of this data, and may need to use it for troubleshooting purposes. We may also be required to give portions of it to law enforcement personnel upon duly authorized request.

Third Party Sites and Advertisers

We are not in control of or responsible for anything that happens on other sites you may visit after leaving our sites. It is possible that advertisers on our sites may use technology, such as cookies, to track or retrieve information about you.

Information On Visitors Under 13

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from anyone under the age of 13, please notify us, and that information will be deleted immediately. You can contact us using the form at the end of the page.

Due to the fact that we get excessive amounts of spam emails, it is not possible to post an email address at the webpage anymore.

Subscription Management

Every issue of the newsletter will contain a clickable link for unsubscribing.

If you send an email to any other address than the unsubscribe address, it's not going to get you unsubscribed. The ONLY exception to the latter is if you can't send mail from the address you used when you subscribed, and you include your name and the address you want unsubscribed.

Privacy of Email Addresses

Your email address is safe, I will not give it to anyone.

By subscribing to this publication and/or remaining subscribed after the posting and announcement of this policy, you agree that I am not to give out your address for any reason, specifically including your having unsubscribed.

The only exception, aside from a request from law enforcement personnel, would be if I sold the newsletter. In such a case (very unlikely) I would not keep your email address or mail to it again, and the new publisher would have to agree to continue operation under the terms listed here.

Changes To This Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page. Continuing to use the site or remain subscribed to Forever Slim! after the posting of changes will mean you accept them.

Any changes to this policy will be posted here, and will be announced at least 10 days before taking effect, so you can unsubscribe before they go into effect if you don't like them.
