The newest diet fad always creates a lot of hype. Now, finally after hundreds of years, the sure-fire recipe for weight loss has been found.

Do you believe it? I don't!

This website stresses healthy ways of losing and keeping your weight. Myself, I have never been on a diet, for the simple reason that after 1 or 2 days, it gets boring and I start craving for whatever kind of junk food or sweets. So very early on I decided not to do diets.

What helped a lot in my decision has been the example of my mother, who has been on diets for almost all of her life. She would loose some pounds, gain them again, go on another diet, etc.

What really helps is changing your eating patterns, heating up your metabolism (by doing at least moderate amounts of excercise) and detoxifying your body.
