1. Ramblings Did you know that the most effective people always enjoy what they do? Take any person who is very successful at doing something, maybe at sports, music, career… have you ever heard of them that they feel bad at what they’re doing? Probably not.
Don’t you think you’d be better, more responsible and more focused if you’d enjoy what you’re doing? How about exercise? If it is a daily struggle to exercise, can you be good at it?
Enjoy life today, even though it is not yet the “perfect” live you want to have. The more you enjoy, the closer you'll come to making your life into exactly what you want it to be.
And even if you’ll never have a “perfect” live, you’ll still have a much better life enjoying it than you’d have detesting what you do!
2. You are what you eat! Even though this sounds sooo old-fashioned, it’s so true. Parting from this knowledge, it is very important to be aware of what you are eating. Most experts say that you should eat a diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates. The protein from chicken, egg, lean beef, fish, fat free milk, protein drinks, etc. is good for your body, because it provides you with the proper amino acids that your muscles need. Apart from exercising it is important to feed your muscles with the proper nutrients. You probably know that your muscles burn much more fat (even while resting) than fat tissue. Only with a certain amount of muscles you can lose weight. Nowadays, we live in a society that moves too little and takes in too many carbohydrates from pasta, potato, rice, breads, sweets, etc. Your muscles always start burning the carbohydrates first and only afterwards the fat. This is, because carbohydrates are much easier burnt. So the more carbohydrates you eat, the more work your muscles have to do to burn them off, before starting to burn the fat. Therefore we never lose and keep off the weight you want. Reduce your carbohydrate intake and eat only healthy nutritious foods high in protein. This will help you to be able to eat more and still lose weight.

1. Drink plenty of water. Studies show that drinking sufficient amounts of water daily (about 60-80 oz) will keep your skin hydrated and looking youthful.
2. Eat a well balanced diet. A diet filled with fruits and veggies, lean protein and whole grains provides your body with disease fighting nutrients.
3. Exercise. Regular weight training helps keep bones strong and muscles tone! Cardiovascular exercises keep your heart ticking and your weight healthy.
4. Get plenty of sleep. A good night sleep allows your body to recuperate and rejuvenate for the next day. When you fail to get enough sleep, your body is stressed, your immunity is lowered and your energy is lagging.
5. Wear sunscreen. Years of the sun's ultraviolet rays can weather your skin and make you look wrinkly! By wearing sunscreen, you can prevent age pots and pre-mature wrinkles.
6. Supplement wisely. The JAMA now recommends every adult supplement their diet with a daily multi- vitamin/mineral. Also, studies show that supplementing with a hGH anti-aging formula may help you look and feel younger-longer!
