1. Ramblings

It’s been one month since the last issue and I want to apologize for the delay.

Summer has finally come with sunshine and warm temperatures. And, the best of all, I’ll be going on vacation next Tuesday. Wishing you a wonderful summer!

2. Lose Weight Eating More Food!

You probably won’t believe, it but it is possible to eat more food than you're eating now and still lose weight.

Your usual behavior might be one that is actually counter-productive to losing weight: most people eat one large meal a day and that's it. Usually it is dinner. That is the worst thing to do for weight loss.

Due to physiological processes in our body (don’t worry, I won’t explain that stuff in detail!), we produce a hormone called insulin when digesting. The insulin level in our blood is responsible for the fact that our body is either burning fat or muscle.

By eating small meals 3-6 times per day or every 3-4 hours we will help our body produce a steady "trickle" amount of insulin which is the proper amount to produce to burn stored body fat.

So eat 4-6 SMALL meals throughout the day to keep your fat burning machine working!

4. Enjoy where you're going
How many moments do you fail to enjoy simply because you don't allow yourself to enjoy them? How many days do you go through without permitting yourself even a few minutes of pure and unrestrained joy?

Look at the people who are most effective at what they do, and you'll find people who are enjoying themselves. Have you ever heard of anyone who became a spectacular success by being miserable? Probably not.

Enjoyment doesn't require you to abandon your discipline, your ambition, your responsibility or your focus. There are countless ways to enjoy yourself while staying positively on track.

Enjoy life today, even though it is not perfect. The more you enjoy, the closer you'll come to making your life into exactly what you want it to be. Enjoy your success not just after you've achieved it, but also while you're working to bring it about.

Enjoy where you're going, not just where you've been. Enjoy the process of success, and you'll have much more of it. Enjoy yourself each day, and those days will lead you to great things.
