1. Ramblings
Here is one that I like. Maybe it sounds silly to you, but read it out loud, write it down, stick it to your PC monitor or wherever you can see it frequently. And read it every day: “Losing weight is a journey not a destination and I will enjoy the process.” About the subscriber contest in the last issue. The response was not what I had hoped for; therefore I will not continue the contest in the next issues. But off course I promised to publish the winner here and here name is: Sarah! Congratulations! I already contacted the winner personally, because I don’t want to publish her address in here. By the way, next weekend is Mother’s Day. Don’t forget to send your mother some flowers or another nice gift! Try one of the Online Flower Shops I have researched on my site: http://www.keywordfocusedcontentpages.com/flower_shop_new_york.html2. Get Slim for Summer Not making the type of fat loss progress you want? Start out by looking for any hidden problems with your diet. When you’re doing everything right, but still don’t lose weight or inches, then probably there are some hidden little sins in your eating. What about the daily stuff you just don’t think about anymore: i.e. I drink two cups of coffee everyday. And I take it from the machine in the office, which doesn’t make plain coffee but all kinds of fancy type like cappuccino, Vienna mélange, chocochino and so on. Guess what? My favorite Vienna mélange has cream and sugar in it! This means 12 grams of fat per cup just for the cream. That's 108 fat calories per serving. Not counting the sugar! That makes a total of about 300 additional calories per day. There may well be some hidden traps in your current diet program as well. Look out for them and just cut or replace them and you will see immediate success in your weight loss program. Condiments, sodas and juices, pastas, breads, salad dressings, etc. are huge culprits and the calories can add up fast.

Not Enough Time? This article by Dr. Ken Evoy is somewhat off topic, but I liked it so much, I didn’t want you to miss it. Even though he talks about starting an infopreneur business model, his thoughts are true for whatever project you have: change your eating patterns, go to a fitnesss studio, start a healthy diet, do more sports, etc. When reading this article, always keep in mind that the story can be adapted to your personal situation. Don’t stick to the “business background”, think about how the moral can help you with starting your diet, your sports program, … By Dr. Ken Evoy: And speaking of the infopreneur business model, if one of your readers thinks they just "don't have the time" to start an SBI! business, they may just be right. But so what? They won't "have the time" in a week, either... nor in a month... nor in a year. And in 10 years, they'll STILL be scrambling and only two pay checks away from disaster. And do you know what?... They still won't have enough time. -- There is actually ALWAYS enough time, it's just a question of prioritizing TV out of the picture (excuse the pun). It's a matter of saying NO to fun & games while the new business is being established. Challenge your readership to examine their long-term priorities. You will have done each and every member of your audience a huge service if they look at their lives, HARD, and prioritize for the long-term. If they prioritize an hour a week, just one hour per week, to build a REAL business that will change their lives, WOW! You've made an impact! What kind of business can be built in one hour per week? What *IS* the simplest of all business activities? The infopreneur monetization model.. … Beside Google Ads and affiliate links, finder's fees can be a powerful addition to an infopreneur's monetization mix... http://case-studies.sitebuildingtool.com Yup, that's my daughter's site. And that brings me back to people who don't "have enough time." Guess what? She DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME, either. She's only 15 years old but she is busy with her friends, goes to school, does a lot of homework, does band, music, etc., etc., and has a jammed activity schedule (makes ME feel old!). But she does DO one page per week. It adds up. And who else do you think doesn't have time? Yup... me. But I spend an hour per week with Nori, working with her on her writing, helping her come up with ideas, etc., etc. Naturally, I always have time for my daughter -- but if it means missing Sunday afternoon golf on TV for Nori's SBI! site, so be it. She's building a life of independence, even if SHE doesn't quite see it that way right now. What about YOUR readers? YOUR visitors? If they "dont have enough time," they're really saying that "Survivor" or a hobby or bingo is more important than building a long-term future. EVERYONE has time -- it's just a question of stripping away that justification and asking people to take a hard look at their lives, both now and where they are heading... and then PRIORITIZING that time. -- Many people think "it's too late"... that it would take some kind of herculean effort to build a successful business online now. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Here's why... The Net is still young. Most folks don't realize that most small businesses are churning and burning, starting and dying in a matter of months. If you choose your niche well (and SBI! helps you there), you won't have a lot of strong competition. You'll just keep growing and growing. For example... We just returned from 10 days in Anguilla, and my daughter is now a full-fledged celebrity in Anguilla, thanks to her site. It was strange, being recognized in restaurants by tourists, being given clothes by retailers anxious for a plug, being interviewed on the big talk show down there. Wild. All because she creates one page per week of good content. -- The point is, although it may not be quite so obvious, your readers/visitors too can be "celebrities" in their own chosen niches. Nori is 15 years old and only has time to do one page per week. But that builds into a business that now generates over $1,000 per month already. If she was an adult and had more time to put into it... ... she'd OWN Anguilla by now! ;-) If Nori can be an infopreneur, anyone can. http://infopublishing.sitesell.com/go4cash.html Becoming an infopreneur is a great way to start... Actually, it's MORE than great way to get started. It's a superb way to build a foundation for future growth, when you're ready... to grow BEYOND the "pure infopreneur" and to monetize all that PREsold traffic in other ways. Nori will be adding new income streams now that her anguilla-beaches.com site has a strong FOUNDATION of free, targeted traffic. She will be selling hard goods (high-end driftwood sculpture and other local arts and crafts, via a shopping cart) as well as adding referrals to boat charters, tour operators, and other wonderful goodies from Anguilla. And think about this a moment, because it's ultimately true for every SBIer... If Nori ever wants to drop out of the rat race (right now she likes cities, too!).... she can focus on Anguilla (even be Anguilla-bound!) and independent. If I leave my daughters with a legacy of independence, I'll have served a good purpose. There is absolutely NO REASON that SBI! cannot do the same for you and your audience. ANYONE can do it. ANYONE who brings BAM, of course. (You know by now what BAM is, right? "Brain And Motivation.") Bottom line? "Not enough time" is NOT only a reason NOT to do SBI!. It's quite the reverse... it's the most powerful reason for that person to start SBI! immediately. It screams "Get started NOW because you'll never have time."
