4. Do What You Can

1. Ramblings

I’m super busy at the moment, because everyone wants their work done before Christmas. Yes, even though you wouldn’t believe so, people are already thinking about Christmas:

Yesterday we went to one of those big do-it-yourself stores (no, not for Body Wraps, but for renovating our apartment!) and right in the entrance there was this huge Christmas section, with all kinds of decoration.

For my part, I prefer to think about it, when December is coming…

Nevertheless, I’ve updated the website with resources for Body Wrap Kits and ingredients for your own home made Body Wrap formulas.

You can have a look at the new page here:

2. Weight Loss with Calcium Supplements

In Issue 20 was an article about Calcium Supplements. You can re-read it here:

Meanwhile, there have been some interesting news about Calcium:

It seems like coral calcium may be able to help you reducing weight. Some recent studies by the United States National Institute of Health have shown very interesting results in terms of calcium and weight loss. People in the study who were overweight ate little amounts of calcium.

People who lost a lot of weight ate the most calcium. And people who ate lots of calcium lost the most fat in the mid-body area.

What does this mean to you? If you're trying to lose weight, increasing your intake of calcium may improve weight loss. The NIH still has to do more studies, but the initial data looks promising. Well, I guess it’s worth a try, isn’t it?

We have sourced the best quality above sea Okinawan coral calcium available and combined it with fresh New Zealand red and green phytonutrients. But... we did not stop there! We have also added additional nutrients to aid in the bio-availability of both the coral calcium and the phytonutrients. Nutrients such as natural Vitamin D3, boron and piperine.

4. Do What You Can

When the challenge first comes along, it looks to be overwhelming. And yet, you know you must get past it, so you do what you can.

Day after day, you do what you can, when you can, as well as you know how. And something amazing begins to happen. What you can begins to be more than what you could. You learn, you experience, sometimes you succeed, sometimes you fail, and most of all you grow.

You grow stronger each time you do what you can. At the beginning it doesn't seem like enough, yet with persistence it becomes more. What once seemed difficult, becomes easy. What once seemed awkward and uncomfortable, becomes natural and even graceful.

Taking on a difficult challenge can bring about a great accomplishment, yet it can bring so very much more. In challenge there is strength to be gained, there are lessons to be learned, there is a kind of nourishment that cannot be delivered in any other way.

If the challenge seems a bit too overwhelming, that's the one you want. Take it on and let it pull you up. Do what you can do, again and again, and what you can do will truly amaze you.
